Over time, my scope expanded from how systems are built to why they should be built, which problems should be prioritised, how capabilities should be shaped, and how technical investment translates into measurable outcomes.
Today, I work across Product, AI/data platforms and cross-functional delivery, particularly where the product is technically complex and enterprise constraints matter.
