Executives need concise, traceable decision support. Meeting and governance workflows produce more information than leaders can use, while accuracy, explainability and security constraints make unconstrained GenAI unsuitable as a product.

04 My Scope
Architecture and product definition for a Board Meeting Observer and Decision Intelligence platform — translating governance and executive workflow needs into a small set of AI capabilities, and aligning evaluation, orchestration and structured outputs with security constraints.
05 Product Decisions
- Prioritise summarisation, decision tracking, risk signals and contextual retrieval rather than an unbounded assistant
- Treat traceability and structured output as product requirements, not after-the-fact model features
- Sequence capability delivery against usefulness, evaluation and governance constraints
06 Technical Constraints
High-security, compliance-aligned environment. Evaluation, explainability, retrieval boundaries and structured outputs constrained what could ship. Architecture, prompts, screenshots, customer data and proprietary workflows are not disclosed.
